We want every collector to feel confident when acquiring artwork from our gallery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
Eligibility for Returns
As artworks are often unique, limited edition, or fragile, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect.
Packaging Requirements
To protect the artwork in transit, all returns must be packaged securely. If the original packaging is unavailable, you must use professional‑grade materials. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary.
